THIS ELECTRIC LUNCH BOX IS GOOD IN BASICS. HOWEVER, A HARD HANDLE TO CARRY IS MISSING WHICH I FELT IS ESSENTIAL. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECEIVE AND EXCHANGE FOR ONE WITH HANDLE either soft (preferable since it won't take space in any packing situation) or hard plastic handle.

I wanted to eat warm meals, chose this product. Initially did not plug it for 30 minutes. but once i kept it on for 30 min or more, i got warm food. until now its working well. Even though i have left it on for about an hour, the automatic off was not triggered yet. i think its a great gifting option too. might be the 80 watt is the safest range. Well done with this innovation MILTON!
